Because our products contain perishable food items (such as cheese, charcuterie and other chilled produce), they are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This means that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items.Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your box arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can put it right.

We’ll review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Delays
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your cheese arrives chilled and on time. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as courier network disruptions or adverse weather). If a delay has caused your order to arrive in unacceptable condition, please contact us as above.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please do so before dispatch.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to process cancellations due to the perishable nature of the goods.Subscriptions
For Cheese Riot subscription boxes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once payment has been taken and your order is being prepared, cancellation will apply to the following month’s delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Prices include VAT where applicable.
We do our best to keep information accurate, but occasionally a product or price may change — we’ll always contact you if that affects your order.5. Delivery
We deliver across the UK using trusted chilled couriers.
Delivery dates are estimates, and while we’ll always aim to meet them, we can’t accept liability for delays beyond our control (e.g. courier or weather disruptions).
Cheese is perishable — please ensure someone is available to receive your order.6. Cancellations & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or returned (see our full Returns Policy).

Our subscription boxes are billed monthly.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
Cancellations made after payment has been processed will apply to the following month.8. Allergens & Ingredients
Full ingredient and allergen information is provided for every product.
Please read carefully before consuming — especially if you have allergies or intolerances.
Cheese Riot cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where information has been provided.9. Alcohol
Some pairing boxes may contain alcoholic beverages.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase these products.
By ordering, you confirm you are of legal drinking age.10. Liability
We will not be liable for losses arising from misuse of our products or website, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
